Delivery and pickup
When you ask for delivery, the supplier brings the trailer to your site and collects it at the end. This page covers how that works and what to get ready.
How delivery works
When you post a request, you say whether you want the trailer delivered. If you would rather collect it yourself, you can say so when you post, and suppliers price it accordingly.
Delivery to your site and collection at the end are priced in before you compare: inside one total on a rental of 30 days or less, and shown once beside the monthly rate on a longer one. You are invoiced for each period rather than all at once, and delivery is charged once.
Your jobsite address, access instructions and site contact go to one supplier only, the one you choose, once that booking is confirmed. That supplier uses them to arrange the delivery.

Getting the site ready
There is no universal standard for what a delivery needs, because every site and every trailer is different. These are the things to arrange, and to check with the supplier once your booking is confirmed:
- Gate width and overhead clearance on the way in, including wires, branches and site fencing.
- A firm, level place to put the trailer, with room for the tow vehicle to turn and back up.
- Any access restrictions, such as the hours your site accepts deliveries, permits, or roads that limit vehicle size.
- A site contact who can meet the delivery or answer questions about the site.
- A record of the trailer’s condition at handover, such as photos taken when it arrives.
Pickup at the end of the rental
A rental of 30 days or less is one booking, and it ends when that booking does. A longer rental runs period by period, and you can end the rental after any period by telling us before it ends.
If the trailer was delivered, we arrange the collection with the supplier when the rental ends. You do not book a pickup yourself.
Before it is collected, empty the trailer and keep the way to it clear. If anything on site has changed since delivery, such as a new gate or a moved fence, tell us.
If you chose to collect it yourself, you pick it up at the supplier’s location and return it there.

It's free, takes about two minutes, and no card is needed to post.
